• We will provide you with a quote for your home insurance policy based on the information you provide us. You acknowledge that the initial rates given within a quote form are subject to change based on the underwriting process. An official offer for an Openly home policy cannot be guaranteed until all underwriting questions have been answered and taken to the carrier.
• To facilitate the underwriting process, we may perform an insurance score pull, which is a routine part of the process and will not impact your credit score. You consent to such a pull by Rice Insurance or its authorized parties.
• We may contact you via automated emails, calls, and voicemail drops to discuss your insurance needs and provide quotes. You understand that you can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting Rice Insurance directly.
• If you decide to purchase an Openly policy, you authorize Rice Insurance to act as your agent for the policy. You understand that we hold the right to access all information on the policy and represent you, the insured, to the carrier.
• Rice Insurance is a licensed brokerage and follows all State and Federal Insurance regulations.
• By working with Rice Insurance, you confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You acknowledge that any misrepresentation or omission of information may affect the validity of your policy.
• We take your privacy seriously and will protect any personal information you provide to us. You acknowledge that we may share your information with our authorized partners as necessary to provide you with the best service possible.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to work with Rice Insurance, you agree to any such updates or modifications.
