Rice Insurance, LLC herby states that they will pay twenty-five dollars in the
form of a cash gift card if they are unable to provide a personal auto insurance
"quote comparison" to a participant/potential client that is identical to their
current personal auto policy in coverage and better in terms of price per six
months.
This promotion is designed to give honest law abiding people the opportunity
to compare their current auto insurance with the rates that Rice Insurance, LLC
would be willing to provide. In the spirit of that Rice Insurance, LLC defines a
"quote comparison" as a quote that is based off of the identical information as
the policy that the potential client currently has in force and has provided to
us for a quote comparison. Auto insurance rates are based off of driver's
history, driver's age, address, vehicles, coverage, vehicle usage, and multiple
other pieces of information. That is why Rice Insurance, LLC will require that
all participants/potential clients fully disclose all information that Rice
Insurance, LLC may need in order to provide a true quote comparison. This
promotion is subject to the terms listed below:

- If it is found that any participant is not fully disclosing all
potential rating information they will herby be ineligible for this
promotion.
- In order to be eligible a participant must have a current auto insurance
declarations page showing the policy number, effective dates, coverage's,
and drivers. Listed drivers on the Rice Insurance, LLC quote and the
participant's current auto insurance policy must match in order to redeem
your gift card.
- In order to be eligible a participant must provide driver abstracts for
all drivers listed on policy. Rice Insurance, LLC will use the abstracts of
all drivers to ensure that the quote they are providing matches the driving
activity (tickets/accidents/claims) on the policy that the participant
currently has.
- Rice Insurance, LLC reserves the right to quote all personal auto
policies with a multi-policy discount in a quote comparison if the
participant's current personal auto policy has a multi-policy discount.
- In order to be eligible for this promotion all participants must have current personal auto insurance in force in the State of Washington and have had personal auto insurance in force continuously over the six months prior to the date of the quote comparison without a lapse in the State of Washington.
- If any participant has had a ticket or accident that their current auto
insurance company has not took into consideration on the rating of that auto
policy Rice Insurance, LLC reserves the right not to use that activity
(accidents/tickets) while doing a quote comparison. This is to ensure that
both the current auto policy of the participant and the personal auto quote
that Rice Insurance, LLC is providing are based off of identical information
as stated in the promotion overview.
- In order to be eligible for this promotion all participants must be between the ages of 21 and 65 years old and be a United States citizen.
- Any individual or policy that has an individual listed on that policy
with a major driving violation/citation in the past five years is herby
ineligible for this promotion. Major driving violations/citations are
defined by state law.
- If found that any participant inquiring a quote comparison is in
violation of any exclusion on that individuals current personal auto policy,
misrepresenting the usage of the vehicle, or their circumstances do not
allow them to be written on a personal auto policy Rice Insurance, LLC
reserves the right not to allow that individual or the usage of that policy
to participate in this promotion.
- If Rice Insurance, LLC is unable to offer identical coverage's to that
of what the participant has currently due to the state filings of the
insurance companies we carry the promotion is no longer valid unless that
participant/potential client is willing to let Rice Insurance, LLC quote the
comparison with the next closest coverage limit, no higher than what the
participant/potential client has as their current coverage limit.
- Current Rice Insurance, LLC clients and participants that have personal
auto insurance through a company Rice Insurance, LLC carriers are
ineligible.
- This promotion is only valid with personal auto policies.
- In order for a participant to be eligible they must have all family
members living in the household 16 years of age and older listed on their
current personal auto insurance policy.
- A policy can only be used once in attempting to redeem a gift card. If a
policy has already been used in a quote comparison for this promotion it is
herby ineligible.
- One gift card can be given out per household. Households are defined any
group of people living at the same address or using the same address for the
purposes of insurance no matter the relation to one another.
- The promotion terms, conditions, and expirations are subject to change
without notice. Please contact Rice Insurance, LLC directly to find out if
the promotion is currently in effect and the current terms.
Note: Participants are defined as anyone attempting to participate in this
promotion and or receive a cash gift card in exchange for a quote comparison as
defined in the promotion overview.
